Buddy Dog Humane Society Accepts Surrendered Pets

A veteran financial professional in the Boston area, Daniel Palmier serves as chief executive officer and president of UC Funds, LLC, a real estate financing, asset management, and loan structuring company. Apart from his professional responsibilities, Daniel Palmier makes charitable contributions to a number of local organizations, including Boston’s Buddy Dog Humane Society.

Named after the founder’s longtime companion, the Buddy Dog Humane Society strives to find homes for homeless cats and dogs in the Boston area. Additionally, the nonprofit animal welfare organization offers a number of services for pet owners who make the difficult decision to surrender a pet.

The Buddy Dog Humane Society accepts surrendered pets and dogs with friendly dispositions and good overall health. All pets and owners meet with a trained adoption counselor, who evaluates the animal’s temperament. Pets that meet Buddy Dog’s criteria are cared for until they are adopted. On average, surrendered animals stay with Buddy Dog for just two weeks before they are matched with new owners.
